Getting real about my own resistance to self-reiki led me to create a set of ressources for the similarly-challenged. 1. Self-Reiki meditations of varying lengths because often it’s way easier with guidance and we don’t always have much time. 2. Other energy healing meditations for when something comes up leading you to resist your self-reiki practice, i.e. calling your energy back, a boundary reset, healing your inner child, and many more. 3. A reframe on the 21-days. You will get access to the library for 28 days. You will count how many days you get to do in that day and celebrate those wins. Ready? Only one thing left to do.
